2. How long do you deliver orders?

  • • For COD within Metro Manila only, 1 to 2 working days
  • • For provincial areas, via JRS, 3 to 4 working days
  • • Please take note that Sunday and holidays are not counted.

3. How can I Track my Order?

  • • Simply log-in your KILY Account and click MY ORDER from there you can check the status of your order.
  • • For COD deliveries within metro manila, you can send us a message thru our website’s chat box, contact details provided or thru our Facebook Account for further assistance.
  • • For JRS courier you can check your order with the tracking number provided to you by our CSR.

4. Do you offer Cash on Deliver (COD)?

  • • Yes
  • • COD is applicable only within Metro Manila you will be you QUICK TIME Courier
  • • We do not cater COD in provincial areas.

5. Do you offer FREE Shipping?

  • • No, all shipping cost should be shouldered by customers

6. How much is the shipping rates?

  • • Shipping rates are computed based on the dimension and weight of your order. Please refer to our shipping rate policy for your reference.

7. What are your Payment Methods?

  • • You can settle your order thru our Bank Accounts: BDO, Metrobank and BPI FAMILY.
  • • Payment Centers: Palawan Express, Cebuana and LBC only.
  • • For COD orders within metro manila you can pay directly to our private rider.
  • • For PICK UP at Juan Luna, you can settle your order direct to our stall.
  • • For PICK UP at Maginhawa Store, can settle thru bank accounts and remittance centers.

8. Can I cancel my Order?

  • • Yes, But you need to contact our customer service representatives ahead of time via website’s chat-box, contact details provided or via our Facebook Account for further assistance.

  • • Yes we have 7 days return and exchange policy

11. Do you accept reservations?

  • • Yes, we have 7 days reservation after placing your order. Beyond 7 days will automatically cancelled.

  • • Yes. Located at Unit 1-D Ground Floor #80 Maginhawa St., Quezon City (Open from 11:00AM - 11:00PM)

18. How will I know if the items are available?

  • • All items posted on our website are available and managed the inventory properly 
  • • Once an item were out of stock, our system will automatically put a tag “Out of Stock” to that item and then we will disable it.

20. When will my orders be shipped?

  • • For COD and JRS, all process orders before 6PM will be ship out the next day
  • • For Pick Up, orders process until 5PM is ready for pick up at our stall the next day.
